Contact us at customer.service@theartistpuzzles.com before returning your item. We will issue a Return Authorization Number that must be included in the box with your returned item. We will not be able to process your return without it.
Boxes must be unopened, with the original seal, or in the original shrink wrap.
There is no time limit for a return, however
- Items must be currently available on our website.
- Discontinued items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
You will be notified by email once we receive your return. It may take up to 30 days to process your return.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or an exchange for any items returned to us in a non-resellable condition, except for items damaged in shipment (see Damaged During Shipment section below) or manufacturer’s defects (see Manufacturer’s Defect section below).
Returns with a Receipt
Credits will be issued in one of the following ways:
- an exchange.
- a refund to your original payment method.
- a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.
Shipping Charges are not refundable.
Refunds
Refunds for the purchase price plus tax will be issued to the original payment method only.
If your original payment method is not available, a store credit will be issued via electronic gift card sent to your email address for the purchase price plus tax.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the item, please include the name of the item you would like to receive in the box with the Return Authorization Number.
Store Credit
If you would like, a store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card.
The gift card will be sent via email for the purchase amount plus tax.
Returns without a Receipt
Items returned without a receipt are eligible only for:
- a store credit for the current retail value of the item being returned.
- an exchange at the current retail value of the item being returned.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the item, please include the name of the item you would like to receive in the box with the Return Authorization Number.
Store Credit
A store credit will be issued via electronic gift card sent to your email address for the purchase price plus tax.
Instructions for Returns
- Contact us at customer.service@theartistpuzles.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Pack the items carefully in the box.
- Include the Return Authorization Number in the box with your items.
- If you would like to exchange the item, also include the name of the item you wish to receive with the Return Authorization Number in the box.
- Remove any previous labels from the box, or black them out with a marker.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Choose a parcel service that is right for you. Make sure you get a tracking number as we are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. Insurance may be purchased if you choose. We will not issue a refund for items that are damaged enroute to us.

Damaged During Shipping
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at customer.service@theartistpuzzles.com.
- Take a picture of the damage to the puzzle box.
- Take a picture of the damage to the shipping box showing the shipping label.
- Email those pictures with a basic description of the damage and the remedy you would like, either a return or an exchange, to the email address above.
We will send you instructions and a Return Authorization Number so that we can correct the situation as quickly as possible.
Manufacturer’s Defect
We are dedicated to producing the highest quality puzzles. However, we are only human and sometimes we make mistakes. Please forgive us.
Take a picture of the defective item and send the picture along with a description of the problem to customer.service@theartistpuzzles.com.
We will advise you on the next steps, but I’m sure it will involve a Return Authorization Number.
Undeliverables
If a package is returned to us undeliverable as addressed, we will make every effort to contact you to correct the address and get your Items to you as quickly as possible.
If we have made an error, we will correct it and resend the items at no further cost to you.
If the error was made by you during the order process, it’s okay. Mistakes happen. However, we will need to collect another shipping and handling fee from you before we can resend the items.

You will need a Return Authorization Number before your returns can be processed.
